Meditation and Mindfullness

This 3 week mindfulness  program will  teach  the basics of meditation: the  process of  quieting the mind, focusing & becoming self-aware, for relaxation,   stress    reduction,   &   overall   well-being.

Starts Saturday Feb.. 9, 16 and 23 at 11:00 am to 12:00 noon.

Cost is only $45 + hst for all 3 weeks.
