Kelli Greenough Evans
Kelli began her yoga journey five years ago, as part of her physiotherapy, to aid in her recovery from a serious car accident. Yoga came into her life at a time when she was suffering a lot of pain and loss, and as a result, she felt a need to reconnect with herself. Yoga helped her to do that, and it has been an integral part of her life ever since.
The benefits she received from the practice inspired her to share her love of yoga with others, and in 2016, she completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (YRT) certification and has been teaching students of all ages ever since.
Kelli specializes in gentle Hatha-style yoga. For her, yoga is about breath, grounding oneself, and honouring our beautiful hearts, bodies and souls. It is a pleasure to welcome Kelli as part of the Hello Yoga community.
