Kirsty has been practicing yoga for over five years. She has become a teacher to share the countless benefits of the practice with others to enable them to improve all aspects of their lives. In addition to her practices, she has over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry as a personal trainer and coach. With this grounding background, Kirsty believes strongly in the mind, body and spirit connection and is passionate about empowering others to step into their best self: physically, emotionally and mentally.
With conviction, her own yoga and mindfulness practices have allowed her to create a life of confidence, awareness and one that is grounded.
