What is Aerial Yoga?

Aerial yoga offers a unique, fun, energizing and relaxing way of exercising, through supported postures, aerial movements, and inversions. This technique is used for all fitness levels; allowing you to achieve deep stretches while being fully supported.

It offers support and is a great introduction to yoga. It allows you to ease into postures, improve positioning, and helps with balance. It helps enhance hip, shoulder and chest opening. Tight hamstrings have met their match.

As you advance, you will develop better core strength and create balance with suspended inversions. You may even be able to safely perform headstands.
