At Hello we want to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to innovative classes and how our classes are not all yoga, but classes to enhance your yoga practice. We do offer traditional yoga flow classes, Yin, Hatha, & Restore classes. What separates us from the rest is our Dynamic Yoga Practice and strength classes. Both classes were specially designed to increase your strength so your yoga posses come easier and therefore create your own flow of beautiful movements. Dynamic Yoga Practice uses suspended handles from our Aerial component to guide you through movements dynamically thereby increasing your Range of Motion, Stability and Mobility. Founder Heather Fenton Narini saw this opportunity from her vast background coaching individuals at a high level. Without the modalities of ROM, Stability, and Mobility, its more challenging to get to your ultimate goal.

Yin Yasa

What a perfect match! If you are undecided on which class to participate in, then perhaps this is it! A combo class of a yoga flow class, then gradually come to the floor for some luscious YIN poses. It cannot get much better than this.

Dynamic Yoga

Dynamic Yoga Practice – or DYP for short. Exclusive to Hello Yoga – a gentle class assisting range of motion, flexibility, and stability. Using ceiling mounted handles, move with guidance & support to develop and deepen your practice. Lots of fun and innovative poses and moves.

Hatha Yoga

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen & promote flexibility & mobility in the body. You will enjoy an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, & ease of movement. Full-body relaxation & balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, forward folds, & hip openers.

Yoga Strenth

Strength is what leads a great yoga practice. This unique class is for any level. We use the handles only from our suspension component. Therefore, you can adjust your own angle according to how you feel. Work on your arms, shoulders, core and legs during this very cool experience. You must register to reserve your spot! Balls 'N Bolsters

This unique class is fun and energizing! We use small weighted balls to create movement to increase Range of Motion and improve Strength. The bolsters are used at the end of class to calm the mind and leave feeling invigorated.

Yin Yoga

You can expect poses that are commonly practiced in typical yoga classes, but here’s the key difference: in yin yoga, they are held for a longer period of time. Learn to slow down, move from noise to silence, from agitation to calm & from complexity to simplicity. Actively nourish & harmonize the body. As the body rests and opens with longer held poses, repair  & rejuvenation occurs.

Rejuvenate + Restore

This is a totally relaxed atmosphere allowing yourself to simply be. Complement an already active life or help those who feel distracted by “mind chatter”.

Constantly emailing, texting and posting social media updates has led, for some, to mental overload and a feeling that we are not good enough or achieving enough. Rejuvenate Restore can provide an antidote to this.

Hello to your flow

A gentle introduction to yoga. A difficult task is jumping into yoga for the first time. At Hello Yoga our objective is to make this comfortable and easy for you. Our caring and certified instructors will guide you through a beginner yoga session.

Teaching you how to incorporate your breath to movement, understanding postures, and proper form. Everyone welcome even if you have some experience and wish to modify on your own.

If you can’t find a class that fits your schedule, Hello Yoga gives you permission to make suggestions for custom classes at custom times! We will make it work for you. Come forward and suggest a time and type of class that fits you and your friends’ busy schedule.
