Meditation in Comfort

This 4 week mindfulness  program will  teach  the basics of meditation: the  process of  quieting the mind, focusing & becoming self-aware, for relaxation,   stress    reduction,   &   overall   well-being. To enhance your self-care, you will be “cocooned” comfortably in your hammock while gently guided.

Starts Wednesday February 5th at 8:00 am to 9:00 am

Cost is only $45 + hst for all 4 weeks.

No experience necessary.
