Meditation and Mindfulness

This 6 week mindfulness  program will  teach  the basics of meditation: the  process of  quieting the mind, focusing & becoming self-aware, for relaxation,   stress    reduction,   &   overall   well-being. 

Starts Wednesday January 22nd at 6:30 to 7:30 pm. Ends February 26th.

Cost is only $50 + hst for all 6 weeks.

No experience necessary.   “Quiet the mind and the soul will speak.”
