Yoga has been a part of Diana’s life for many years. Since completion of the RYT 200 hrs course, it has helped her grow stronger, more flexible and fearless; both on and off the mat. Diana’s classes combine creative sequencing and a nurturing sanctuary for her students to reflect inward and discover what they are truly capable of.
Yoga inspires Diana to live each moment mindfully. With strength and confidence, she will guide you on a new journey each time you practice. When Diana is not teaching yoga, you will find her spending quality time with family and friends.
