Hannah is a quirky, fun-loving, and compassionate person and instructor.  She started her yoga practice when she was fourteen by attending community classes with her grandmother.

Hannah claims her love for yoga stems further back to when her mother went to classes during her pregnancy. Ever since, Hannah was hooked.
After an at-home practice for nearly 10 years, she decided the next step in her yoga journey was to become a teacher and in 2017 she graduated from her 200 YTT program.

Specialising in a hatha-focused regimen, Hannah is also trained in prenatal, meditation and mudras, yoga for anxiety and depression, and fitness.
