Kristine has been a passionate Yoga and Pilates practitioner for over 5 years. She believes mindful movement is the key to a strong, healthy body and a happy mind at any age. As a Registered Nurse by day, she understands the challenge of finding time for health and fitness,but believes there is no better way to recharge after a stressful day than with some quality me time on the mat.
Fascinated by the clarity and lightness that Pilates helped her to discover in her body, she developed a deep appreciation for mindful movement and eagerly began her teacher training through Power Pilates.
Kristine aims to spread the wealth of knowledge that Pilates can offer in an upbeat and personal atmosphere. Warmly welcoming people from all walks of life, she strongly believes that this versatile practice can transform anybody’s body, mind and life.
Kristine is a certified YYT-200 hr and Mat Pilates Level 1 instructor.
