Meditation and Mindfullness

This 4 week mindfulness  program will  teach  the basics of meditation: the  process of  quieting the mind, focusing & becoming self-aware, for relaxation,   stress    reduction,   &   overall   well-being.

Starts Saturday May 25 at 10:30 am to 11:30 am

Cost is only $60 + hst for all 4 weeks.
